Broadcast nationally across Indonesia on the IndihomeTV Channel, I served as the host of television show Mentor & Investor. The pilot episode was co-hosted by Indonesian child star and actress Tasya Kamila, who was then superseded by Indonesian-Dutch model Intan Aletrino.

For several years, I provided on-air mentorship to new and existing entrepreneurs who were launching their businesses and startups in a myriad of industries including fashion, food and beverages, property, digital, arts, agriculture and education.

Our program was consistently one of the channel’s highest rating shows, with statistics floating just below the highest rating show, a cooking program called Dapur Lindawaty, hosted by a student whom I mentored and propelled into television.

At the start of the covid-19 pandemic with international borders shutting down, I urgently returned home to Australia. During lockdowns, we produced several episodes remotely from my new location at Perth with the crew and post-production at Jakarta. We completed several episodes to ensure that our contractual obligations with the network were fulfilled. However, with all the uncertainty of covid lockdowns, and the technology and production implications, the network, production team and I decided to pause productions. Today, the episodes are still repeated on the network, and we are discussing a possible reincarnation of the show.
